i watched the koga video. is this a competition that is planned or is it a match because he lands on the person he throws after he throws them and it looks like it hurts? i see what you said about looking at the judjes when he is done with a throw. he does the same throw over and over again. it is soei goshi, but he dropped them on their heads. is that allowed?

i watched the koga training video this time and he does the same uchi comi we do. when he is throwing the person with the blue gee, is that practice because it looks like it is hurting the person he is throwing?

wow how in the world does he do that plus landing on the guy with a sutemi sensei hopefully u can teach us how to do it lol if u know how to do it :)
